RETURN POLICY FOR CREATIVE TIMBER WORLD
Situations When a Customer May Return an Item

Change of Mind – 7 Day Limit:

If you decide to return any product purchased from Creative Timber World due to a change of mind, you may do so within 7 days from the date of receiving the item (if delivered) or within 7 days from the purchase date in-store.

The return freight cost is your responsibility. Please note that certain exclusions apply; refer to the details below.

Once your return is approved, ensure your name and contact details are clearly marked. The item must be unused and properly packaged, with the return label attached to the wrapping, not the product or its packaging.

Packaging should allow the item to be in its original condition once unwrapped, ensuring eligibility for a full refund. You are responsible for the item until it is delivered to Creative Timber World.

Items returned in unsatisfactory condition will not be accepted. Upon receiving the product in resalable condition, we will issue a store credit for the full cost of the goods, excluding original freight and insurance costs.

Faulty Goods:

Goods believed to be faulty can be returned, and the return process will be managed through our Warranty Process.

For minor faults, we may, at our discretion, repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. In the case of a major failure, you may opt for a refund, exchange, or repair.

Damages resulting from misuse or abnormal use are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair.

Situations When a Customer May Not Return an Item

Custom Made Goods:

Goods modified to meet customer needs (e.g., custom-sized timber, customized furniture) cannot be returned unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Creative Timber World Management.

Epoxy, Finishes, Glues & Other Liquids:

Epoxy, finishes, glue, and other liquids cannot be returned under any circumstances due to the risk of improper storage and contamination.

PPE and Personal Products:

Due to potential health implications, PPE or Personal Products, including masks/respirators, gloves, glasses/goggles, cannot be returned once opened or used.
